Who can request sale?
Parents with parental authority
Both parents must request authorization jointly. If one does not cooperate, judicial defender can be appointed.
Tutors or guardians
Whoever exercises legal tutelage of minor can request authorization, accrediting his position before court.
Inheritance administrator
In inheritances not formally accepted, provisional administrator can request authorization to preserve value of property.
